Chad Watson is on fire and is one of the hottest artist coming up in the game right now. Chad Watson was born & raised in Baldwin Hills, & has never lived anywhere else! He has been making music for the past 2 years & started because he always had a musical background, writing lyrics was therepuudical to him because of how easy it was.

His style would be best described as West Coast meeting Ultra Modern Rap.

“My music takes from a range of influences, which allows me to sound like no one in particular. I enjoy expanding the horizons and seeing how my message resonates with the listeners.”

Chad Watson was inspired by old school Lil Wayne, Kid Kudi, & the old Kanye West music. Chad said wayne was one of the sickest lyricists to touch a mic, He appreciates the way Kid Cudi rides out mellow tones and still delivers in the pocket, & old Kanye West music because of the lyrical content, delivery, and creativity. Chad also stated that lately he hasn’t been rocking with Kanye’s music like that…

Chad has one project available to stream online titled: “Tattoo Sleeves & Leather Briefcases”. The concept of this project is basically the dichotomy of the Yin & Yang. The tattoo sleeve represents his street side, & the leather briefcase supports his sophisticated side.

“I like to give back to the community that supports me. I volunteered several times at the local homeless shelter that’s attached to my church that I grew up in. I’ll be planning a toy drive this December.”
